By placing an order on PectolitePhotography.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not complete your purchase.
2. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All images, prints, and digital files displayed on PectolitePhotography.com are the exclusive property and copyright of Pectolite Photography. Purchasing a digital download or print grants you a personal usage license only. You may not resell, edit, or use the images for commercial purposes without a separate commercial licensing agreement.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before any digital files are delivered or physical products are shipped. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods processed through Stripe, PayPal, and/or Square.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Digital Downloads: Links to download high-resolution digital files will be delivered to your email immediately upon successful payment. Be sure to check spam folders for download emails.
Physical Prints/Products: Please allow 7 business days for production and an additional 7 business days for standard shipping within the United States. Pectolite Photography is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. *These print order delivery time frames do not apply to school portrait orders. Please refer to information on your school's infopage regarding shipping and delivery for physical products.*
5. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final.
Digital Files: All digital sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded.
Damaged Goods: If a physical print or product arrives damaged, please contact us at Lee@pectolitephotography.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pectolite Photography will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased from this site. Our total liability shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Provo.
